Marina community along the Illinois River incorporating a variety of residential products, including small cottages, townhomes, condos and single family, all with a strong, unifying vacation theme throughout. Architecture and Land Planning were designed hand in hand to emphasize resort character and maximize land values. Design studies for mixed-use portion of the site incorporate residential and retail components.
